Delivery
All orders purchased online through Imperial DAX Company, Inc will be shipped from our warehouse in Fairfield, NJ. The majority of orders will be shipped within 48 hours.
Claims/Shortages/Short Shipments
Claims, shortages, or short shipments must be reported within 5 days after receipt of merchandise. Packaging must be intact and all claims must be reported through delivering carrier. Packaging must be retained for damaged goods inspection. Please always refer to our order number.
Returns
Returns will only be accepted in the event of our error and when accompanied by an authorization. Please contact us to obtain a return authorization.
Guarantee
The products are guaranteed to be free from defect in material and workmanship. Products will be refunded or replaced, at our option, at no charge if we find them to be unsatisfactory.
