Claims, shortages, or short shipments must be reported within 5 days after receipt of merchandise.
Package Requirements
Packaging must be intact and all claims must be reported through delivering carrier. Packaging must be retained for damaged goods inspection.

Returns
Returns will only be accepted in the event of our error and when accompanied by an authorization. Please contact us to obtain a return authorization.
